Model: Combination 1 : Step Bur 12S + Cylinder Pointed Bur 12S

Combination 1:Step Bur 12S + Cylinder Pointed Bur 12S

Primary Use: Standard glass-ceramic processing
Suitable Materials: CEREC Blocs, IPS Empress CAD, VITA ENAMIC, etc.
Characteristics: Step Bur 12S for rapid bulk material removal
Cylinder Pointed Bur 12S for fine processing and detail work
Advantages: Suitable for most standard restorations, high processing efficiency

Combination 2: Step Bur 12 + Cylinder Pointed Bur 12S

Primary Use: For lower anterior teeth or situations with narrow incisal edges
Suitable Materials: Same as Combination 1, but better for special morphologies
Characteristics: Step Bur 12 is slightly thinner than 12S, better for processing narrow areas,Retains Cylinder Pointed Bur 12S for fine processing
Advantages: Improved processing precision in confined spaces

Combination 5: Cylinder Bur 12 EF + Cylinder Pointed Bur 12 EF

Primary Use: Ultra-fine processing for restorations with complex geometries
Suitable Materials:
All materials requiring high-precision processing
Characteristics:
EF (Extra Fine) burs provide higher precision
Suitable for processing fine occlusal textures and margin details
Advantages:
Significantly improves restoration accuracy and aestheticsStep Bur 12S + Cylinder Pointed Bur 12S

Clinical Guide

Indications

Walla™ C14 — Indicated restoration types and recommended suitability ratings

🦷
Veneers
Anterior aesthetic facings

The top aesthetic choice. Ultra-thin machinability combined with fluorescence and chameleon optics perfectly reproduce natural tooth light dynamics for anterior smile enhancements.

Highly Recommended
🔲
Inlays / Onlays
Minimally invasive posterior restorations

Ideal for preserving healthy tooth structure. The 420 MPa flexural strength ensures inlays withstand occlusal loading without fracture, while natural aesthetics blend seamlessly.

Highly Recommended
😁
Anterior Crowns
Full-contour anterior full crowns

Combining aesthetics and strength, C14 is the premier choice for anterior all-ceramic crowns. Natural shade transitions ensure seamless integration with adjacent dentition.

Highly Recommended
🦴
Posterior Crowns
Premolar and molar full crowns

Suitable for premolar and molar single crowns. The 420 MPa strength handles normal masticatory loads — patient occlusal assessment recommended before placement.

Recommended
🔗
3-Unit Bridges
Up to premolar region only

Limited to 3-unit bridges up to and including the premolar region. Connector cross-section must meet design specifications — consult your laboratory to confirm design feasibility.

Conditionally Indicated
Contraindications
❌ Long-span posterior bridges
3-unit or longer bridges in the molar region should use high-strength zirconia instead.
❌ Severe bruxism patients
Patients with parafunctional habits or abnormal occlusal forces should be evaluated before selecting C14.
❌ Implant-supported posterior restorations
Assess occlusal forces and implant position carefully — zirconia may be preferable for posterior implant crowns.
❌ Insufficient abutment height
Inadequate preparation height limits retention. Consider core build-up or alternative restoration options.
💡 Clinical Tip: We recommend an occlusal analysis prior to restoration to confirm compatibility between bite forces and restoration type. If in doubt about indications, contact the WallaBC technical support team for professional guidance.

Brand Promise

The Walla Advantage

We don't just sell a product — we stand behind every restoration and every patient's trust.

1
Rigorous Quality Control

Every batch of Walla C14 undergoes accelerated aging tests and strength sampling inspections to ensure consistent batch-to-batch performance. We reject "good enough" — because a restoration must perform reliably for ten years or more.

Strength verified before shipment · ISO 6872 standard compliance
2
Universal Compatibility

Whatever milling system your practice uses, Walla C14 has been validated through real-world testing. Excellent milling efficiency right out of the box — no special parameter adjustments required for major CAD/CAM platforms.
