Important Usage Notice (Dental Lab Protocol): To ensure optimal results and avoid thermal shock damage, please observe these standard laboratory guidelines:
Slow Pre-heating: Always ensure the crucible is pre-dried at 300°C before commencing the high-temperature sintering cycle.
Controlled Ramping: Maintain a gradual temperature ramp-up and cool-down to prevent cracking.
Safe Handling: Wait until the furnace temperature is below 300°C before opening the furnace door to avoid sudden thermal expansion stress.
Note on Durability: As these are precision ceramic consumables, damage caused by thermal shock or mechanical impact is not considered a manufacturing defect.
