Installation Guidelines (Important):
Handle with Care: These ceramic components are precision parts and are fragile. Do not overtighten during installation. Using a 4mm Allen key, tighten with extreme caution; excessive force will cause the ceramic to crack.
Correct Positioning: According to technical maintenance standards, the ceramic terminal must be positioned exactly 3.6 – 3.7 cm from the end of the MoSi₂ heating element to ensure uniform heat distribution and proper electrical contact.
Maintenance Advice: We recommend inspecting your existing clamps for oxidation or aging whenever replacing heating elements. It is best practice to replace these terminal blocks to maintain optimal furnace performance and extend equipment longevity.
Note: This product is intended for installation by qualified technicians or users with professional maintenance experience. Please ensure the furnace is powered off and fully cooled (typically 6-8 hours) before attempting any repairs.
