Super Opacity Zirconia

Super Strength

AZR O is a dental zirconium oxide (3Y-TZP) with very high flexural strength (1350 MPa) for the fabrication of single tooth up to multi-unit bridge frameworks.

The high opacity value (35% translucency) provides optimum optical properties for discolored stumps and metal posts and cores. The special production procedure for the discs improves the milling properties and results in excellent accuracy of fit and high edge stability.

Our Advantage:

Wide compatibility

Thickness ranges from 10mm,12mm,14mm,16mm,18mm,20mm,22mm
and 25mm.Compatible with Roland,Wieland,VHF,Amann Girrbach,Yenadent and
other most open CAD CAM milling machines.

Cold isostatic pressing

All of our blocks are isostatically pressed to ensure uniform shrinkage and density by the sintering process.

Work with Tosoh zirconia powder

We can keep a good quality know-how in powder comparable with Tosoh, while keeping cost competitive and most fine powder from China, due to their high-ranking properties for purity and quality to make our disks the best they can be.

100% safe every time

Our Zirconia blanks are allergen-free and bio-inert. It will not transmit heat or cold from the mouth to the surrounding bone. You can use it confidently and safely.

Take care of your mill

WallaBC zirconia pucks are softer than the generic zirconia. Which can well take care of your spindle and other milling tools, you can use them much longer.

Sintering Parameters

AZR-O Sintering Curves

All parameters listed are recommendations. Actual temperatures vary by furnace — verify with PTC rings. An opaque result may indicate incorrect furnace temperature.

Factors Affecting Quality
Firing capacity and chamber volume of the furnace
Size and volume of each individual construction
Total mass in firing chamber (sintering media + quantity of constructions)
General Rule A slower sintering cycle improves zirconia structure quality. Bridges need longer uniform heat distribution — rapid heating can cause warping or cracking, especially in long-span bridges.
⚠ Important
Do not load the furnace when residual temperature exceeds 70°C — danger of thermal shock.
⚠ Important
Never open the furnace door above 300°C — thermal shock can damage heating elements and restorations.
