You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
100% Unused, uninstalled, and un-milled in its original condition.
In its original, unopened packaging (including intact plastic wraps, vacuum seals, QR/barcode labels, and shockproof boxes).
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
To protect the clinical and technical safety of dental restorations, we enforce strict, category-specific guidelines:
High-Temperature Heating Elements ($MoSi_2$ / SiC Rods):
Must be completely uninstalled. Any heating elements that have been mounted, wired, or passed through an electrical current cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, as the material undergoes irreversible structural changes after heating.
Zirconia Blanks & PMMA/Wax/Resin Discs:
Must be returned with the original packaging completely sealed. We do not accept returns for discs that have been placed into a milling machine clamp, have any spindle marks, or whose outer protective film/seal has been broken.
Dental Milling Burs/Burs Kits:
Must be in their original unopened plastic tubes/boxes. Once the plastic case or safety seal is opened, it cannot be returned due to the risk of micro-wear or contamination.
Glass-Ceramics (Lithium Disilicate Blocks):
Must be returned in the complete original box with all blocks intact. Individual single blocks taken out of a multi-pack blister are not eligible for return.
Many of our products ($MoSi_2$ rods, Zirconia, Glass-Ceramics) are highly brittle by nature. While we utilize professional, multi-layered shockproof packaging, logistics mishaps can happen.
If your order arrives damaged:
Do not discard any packaging. Inspect the contents immediately upon delivery.
Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Support Email, e.g., support@wallabconline.com].
You must provide: Clear photos/videos of the broken items AND photos of the outer shipping box with the carrier's shipping label clearly visible.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund for the damaged parts immediately.
WallaBC’s Error: If we shipped the incorrect item (e.g., wrong bur compatibility, wrong zirconia shade, or incorrect element dimensions), WallaBC will cover 100% of the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
Customer’s Error / Change of Mind: If you ordered the wrong size, shade, or compatibility for your machine/furnace, you are responsible for the return shipping fees (including any international customs duties and clearing fees incurred when the package returns to our warehouse).
Restocking Fee: For customer-error returns on high-value equipment parts (such as heating elements) or bulk material orders, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover laboratory inspection and repackaging costs.
Do not ship items back to the sender's address on the package without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Email our support team at [Your Support Email] with your Order Number (#WBCxxxx) and details of the items you wish to return.
If eligible, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along with the specific return warehouse address.
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
