* Selecting high purity green SiC powder, to ensure the best foundation for top quality.

* SiC rod is extruded by 500T press machine, to ensure high-density uniform through the whole length.

* Excellent resistance rate between heat zone and cold zone, to avoid over-temperature of cold zone to damage the furnace body.

* Special technology to spread a protect film on the surface of the heating zone, which enhances the Antioxidant property evidently and lengthens the service life.

1. Safety first: Ensure the furnace is powered off and has cooled completely before beginning any work.

2. Remove old elements: If replacing existing elements, carefully disconnect and remove them.

3. Inspect connections: Check the electrical connections and terminals for any signs of wear or damage.

4. Handle with care: SGR (Silicon Carbide Rod) elements are fragile. Use clean gloves to avoid contamination.

5. Position the elements: Place the new SGR elements into the designated holders or supports within the furnace.

6.Secure connections: Attach the elements to the electrical terminals, ensuring a tight and proper fit.

7. Check alignment: Ensure the elements are correctly aligned and not touching each other or other furnace parts.

8. Test continuity: Use a multimeter to verify electrical continuity of the newly installed elements.

9. Close the furnace: Carefully reassemble any parts you had to remove to access the heating chamber.

10. Initial heating: Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the first heating cycle with new elements.
